had them do a full detail 2x now. great job both times. cars looked amazing. my Porsche and Tesla look great!
arrived on time both times and got done when they said they would finish.

  JC has been taking care of my cars for years and I have gotten a flawless detail every single time he stops by. I first reached out for an all black Camaro that I could never get polished correctly on my own. Once JC started taking care of the car it looked like a sheet of glass the next 3 years I owned it. When I brought it back to the dealer they commented it still looked brand new!

JC took care of my new vehicle today for its first detail and wax and as expected the car looks incredible. If you've got a nice ride and want it taken care of by a master, Promenade is the only spot doing it right.

  It is a rare rare thing when I am this happy with spending that kind of money. I am unbelievably happy more than I've been in a long time with a service. I thought that I kept my car pretty clean. I would Windex the steering wheel. Everything was always dusted, the only reason I got the car cleaned is because my dog peed a little bit in the front seat on the right hand side, but I always drove my car through the drive-through car washes and thought this is fine. The man said he could get rid of the smell because they use ozone inside the vehicle which added time to the cleaning, but I didn't care . Well I called up this company to get rid of this smell and I thought why not just wax it a little bit , Wax the outside and cleaning the inside and then when I happened to mention that I wish that the interior and all the plastic pieces on the exterior were black again he goes. Oh well that's a process we do that's with the dealers have us come to them for when they're gonna put a car back on the lot, normally they make you shampoo but I said you can tell my car is clean. I just want the part where you redo the plastic he agreed to do that for me and the price was so reasonable. I said let's do it 2 1/half hours later I came down I kid you not my jaw dropped. It looked as if I was buying this car off a showroom and here it is the very next day the steering wheel feels like it's brand new. The seats are smooth. I don't know how he did that. Everything is sparkling like it was just installed from the manufacturer. I am so happy with how sweet this guy was, and the hard work he put into that. Yeah did it cost some money? Yes , Is it some of the best money I've ever spent absolutely.!!!!!!!!!! I can't recommend them any higher. They came to my apartment in Marina Del Ray and then texted me when it was done. It couldn't be any easier and the person was very very sweet. Five stars.:))))

  JC came to my house to detail my car. He was very knowledgeable and made my car look good as new. I plan to use him in the future. Thanks Promenade Car Wash & JC.
